2) & 3) Brush Cuckoo ?
4) Black Manakin ?
5) Rainbow Bee-eater?
6) White-shouldered Fairywren?

4. Munia, perhaps Black like you suggest? I think manakins were renamed so that they now only refer to the quite different ones in the Americas.
5. Blue-tailed Bee-eater looks better

The Old World birds are mannikins; note the different spelling. African and Australasian species are still called mannikins; munia is mainly used for Asian species.
