ID help please - Greater London UK - dunnock/warbler? (1 Viewer)

Could I have some help with IDing this bird please. One ID app says dunnock, other says can't find. Doesn't seem grey enough for dunnock to me. Could it be willow or other warbler? Seen pecking at undersides of the tree. Has been sitting in said tree all day today and visiting the seed feeder cautiously. Any help appreciated.

Ah that's nice. Didn't think would come to a window feeder.
Does the pale colouring just mean s/he's young. All the pictures I looked at in books (yes those old fashioned things!) and on the Internet had clearly grey parts.

Your photos have quite a strong colour cast which is spoiling things for ID purposes. At this time of year they will all have moulted and thus all look much the same regardless of age.

I don't think there's a colour cast .... or at least for me, the colour in the photos is pretty much accurate to the bird which definitely doesn't have any grey on. I appreciate that different devices will show different colours.

Somewhat red for me. That might be an apparent contrast effect which of course wouldn't affect an ai-based system. Anyway there's no doubt it's a dunnock...
