Went out birding today and need some help with the ID of some of them.

1. Turkey Vulture?
2. Not sure what type of hawk
3. Don't have a clue
4. bad picture.

I forgot to say I am located in upstate NY

Agree with all IDs. Can confirm Song Sparrow on photo4 (see attached).
