It's a leucistic Black-capped Chickadee. Leucism is a lack if melanin (dark pigment) in certain areas of feathers.

Thanks for your reply. That was our initial thought, but body shape and what seems to be a too-long tail made us doubt ourselves.
I guess our little mystery is solved. Thanks.
