Interesting plant (Anglesey, Wales) (2 Viewers)

Hi All

I came across this plant by the roadside. I am guessing it is a garden plant but I don't recall seeing one like it before and I can't find it in any of the books.

It seems to be perhaps succulent in some way. I also have nagging in the back of my head that it reminds me of a broomrape but I am really struggling.

Can someone put me out of my misery please?

Thanks, Gareth

Yes, is. Bit of an odd one and helps a lot if you can see the actual leaves. Flowers still on the way out. Usually on banks and around rocks in woods.
