Is this a common darter? (1 Viewer)

Looking at my book it seems I should have taken a picture of the face of this. Unfortunately this was all I could take before it flew off. I think it is a female common darter but can one of our experts give an opinion please.

The all black legs would suggest that it's a Ruddy Darter. Common Darter would have quite distinctive yellow stripes on the legs, these becoming less obvious as they mature.
 
Thanks for that. I'll have another look at the original photo. I'll have to get a better book.
