Is this a Herring Gull? Seattle, WA (1 Viewer)

Hi all,
I’ve been trying to find a Herring Gull for a while now and I think I’ve finally spotted one. Can anyone please help me confirm that the white gull in these pictures, taken a few days ago, is indeed a Herring Gull and not something else (like an Olympic Gull)?

It looks good for a Herring Gull. Pale eye, lighter mantle, dark primaries (at least it looks like it in the 1st picture), and streaking in head and neck.
