Is this Terek Sandpiper? (1 Viewer)

Location: Croatia - Neretva Delta - today.

The lighting was bad (towards the sun) and bird was far away. I used highest magnification on my scope (70x).
The colour of the legs was lighter than in Grey Plover but could not see exact colour because of the sun glare. There is a hint of white behind an eye. The bill is pointed upwards.

It is a Greenshank. Much too large for Terek and legs are too long.

Legs are shorter than in Grey Plover (on the same photo). Greenshank should have longer legs then grey Plover?

agree with Greenshank - the birds in the water so you can't see the full leg length
