Can someone please confirm this to be a juvenile Shiny Cowbird? Taken in Ceibas Argentina in May.

I'm trying to figure our what is its, but I'm pretty confident it isn't a cowbird.

Edit: All I can think of for now is a juvenile or female house finch.

There are no house finches in Argentina that I can determine. Could it be a Blue-black Grassquit female?
