Working at a new construction house and killdeer eggs are where they will be pouring concrete tomorrow. Can they be moved? I think this is an emergency!!

Hi Bhowell and a warm welcome to you from all the Staff and Moderators.

Almost certainly you will be breaking some serious law in your country if you interfere in any way with this nest. Someone from your country will no doubt be along shortly and will give you more information on this.

I'm sure you will enjoy it here and I look forward to hearing your news.

Hi there and a warm welcome to you . (y)
We're glad you found us and please join in wherever you like ;)

Definitely call your local audubon/nature rehabber and tell them your problem.

Welcome to Birdforum.

It is illegal to interfere with a nest which is being used.
