Lassa8's 2006 Photo List (1 Viewer)

I started out 2006 with the goal of photographing 100 bird species (preferably in NY, but I'll go elsewhere if the opportunity arises). I have a long way to go as of the 11th of January. Quality is clearly not important to me...just being able to ID the bird...or in some cases personally knowing it is what I claim it to be despite shortcomings in the photograph. If I get a better photograph of a species I'll probably replace the old one.

1. American Black Duck
2. Lesser Black-backed Gull
3. Evening Grosbeak
4. Red-tailed Hawk
5. Snowy Owl

12. Northern Hawk Owl...definitely my most unique capture....a still from a video I digiscoped...I couldn't hold the camera still long enough for a photograph with the light conditions I had.
