Not good photos for leaf-warbler ID (especially in East Asia). Were you able to observe the bird, and if so do you have any details that might be relevant?
From what I can see the bird is rather compact, has no prominent yellow, has a dark distal part of lower mandible and a dark area behind greater coverts, so my guess would be either Yellow-browed or Hume's.

The commonest leaf warbler in Hong Kong is Yellow-browed Warbler, especially in an urban location like Hong Kong Park. Everything on this bird is consistent with that species (two broad wing bars, structure, bill and leg colours) and I would be fairly confident to ID this as Yellow-browed even if not all features can be clearly seen.
