Meopta has long been a family owned company. However last year it was sold to the Carlyle investment firm,

And understandably there's been speculation as to what that means in terms of current and future products.
In the short term, in relation to consumer optics, the 2024 catalogue is now available in English, German and Czech versions

The current binocular offerings comprise:

Additionally, in relation to binoculars intended for military users, Meopta now offers:
• the MeoGuard DF 8x32, DF 10x32 HD and DF 12x50HD, along with;
• the MeoGuard DFx 10x42 LRF.
See at: Binoculars | Meopta :: Better view of the world

The first three appear to be versions of the MeoStar B1 Plus, and the last a version of the MeoPro Optika LR range-finding binocular.
