I also think bill is too long for Western.

We sometimes see birds which look like western sa here in Barbados which have really long bills. They often occur next to sesa and are essentially the same size, where Dunlin should be significantly larger as far as I know.

Hard to be sure with photos of this quality, but the bill looks better in shape and length for a Dunlin and the dusky breast is also better for Dunlin. Dare County is where? Ireland?

Tbh these are best left unidentified. The images are too blurred and have too many artifacts even to get a sensible understanding of bill length (see also my earlier post)
