Minor on Chloris kittlitzi (Seebohm, 1890) and others (1 Viewer)

A GBIF-search yields around 20.000 names that contain the word 'van' (around 11,000 of which are synonyms).

The IOC list (and other world lists) have 'van Oort', 'van Bemmel', 'Van Someren', etc

It seems there is no set rule. The Dutch capitalization rule for van names (capitalise when stand-alone) is a bit too much too apparently...
I didn't make an exhaustive search, haha!
"Van Someren" was more of a British colonial, which explains some of the capitalisation differences (the German and English wikipedia capitalise "Van Someren" differently as well).
