I off to Italy in May to visit Monte Cassino , Anzio, Sangro River as well as Minturno & Garigliano River.
It's mainly a WW2 battlefield tour but as we'll be out and about in the field all day & every day for a week I'll have my bins with me and will be keeping a eye on the birds too.
What had I better brush up my ID skills on before I go?
I'm not one who goes hunting for a tick as such but likes to know what I'm looking at when I do see something.
Also if anyone wants a photo of a relatives grave let me know , see what I can do.
