Mountain Peacock-Pheasant (1 Viewer)

Well-known member
These was taken at Bukit Tinggi, Pahang by my wife Kian and myself. Early morning under canopy cover was not the best time with lighting. The birds were very skittish but I guess because they were hungry they ignored us to a certain extent but still kept an eye on how we moved.

These are endemics to the Malay Peninsula as per Craig Robson reference and a rare sighting for us for sure.
