Here´s a highly likely, plausible addition on …
ezrai as in:
• the subspecies subspecies Aethopyga nipalensis ezrai DELACOUR 1926 (here) as ”Æthopyga ezrai”
= the British aviculturalist Alfred Aaron Ezra (1872–1955), OBE, Member of the Zoological Society of London (since 1909), MBOU, President of the Avicultural Society for thirty years, who had a Private Zoo, Foxwarren Park, in Cobham, etc., etc..
See his Obituary in the Ibis (by the same Delacour, 1956) where the quote below is found:

PS. His wife Muriel Helene Ezra (born 1897), née Sassoon, is commemorated in the subspecies Treron sieboldii murielae DELACOUR 1927 (here) as ”Sphenurus sieboldi murielae”. She later remarried, in Middlesex, and became Mrs. Paul Wallraf.
