N Greece. Birds of prey (1 Viewer)

Lake Kerkini NP in December. They are all likely different birds although pics 18 and 19 might be of the same one. I would say 13, 15 and 18 are Greater-Spotted Eagles, a species which occurs in the NP. I can't pronounce myself on the standing birds, pics 12 and 19, also GSEs?
Pic 20 is very blurred, a whitish chest points to Osprey, doesn't it?

12 looks like a Buzzard, regarding 20, Ospreys should be in Africa now.
Thank you Andy. I attach one more pic of both 12 and 20. As for 20, again whitish lower body and very forked tail are noticeable.
