nest cam noises (1 Viewer)

I got a nest cam for my bird box and it all works fine but I noticed that there is an audible click whenever the camera switches from daylight to nighttime mode when the light is low.
On cloudy days, this can be triggered repeatedly as the camera will switch from daylight to nighttime mode as the clouds come and go.
Has anyone else noticed this, and does it scare the birds away from using the nest box?
The nest cam is a wifi cam from green feathers.
Thanks for any advice.

Luigi,
Saw your post a few days ago, but couldn't respond because I have disconnected my camera since the Chickadees fledged a while back.
I have a Green Feathers WIFI camera, but it is three years old (the previous revision to yours). I set it up again this morning to test. When I block the daylight sensor, the (optional) LEDs in the box go out, but the camera doesn't click.
I suspect that your camera may be disconnecting from and then reconnecting to the WIFI system in your home. This is giving the audible click you are hearing. If this is the case, your WIFI signal at the box may be weak. Go out to the garden with your iPad and watch the signal strength indicator in the upper left corner to see what you have. Mine was weak, and I put an extender in a wall plug near my garden, which solved the problem.
Hope this helps
Let me know how it goes.
Bob
