Did, out of neccessity, have a very slow, very dowhill, walk home from a clinic today in Pissouri, Cyprus. This is the first walk I've had since being in hospital in July and though it was generally very warm and very quiet, I did manage to see a few bits though annoyingly, none photographed.
Two Cyprus ticks were found in the form of a female Red-backed Shrike and a cracking male Masked Shrike, This was followed up by a full tick with Eastern Olivaceous Warbler which is supposedly common here.
A new butterfly also with a Mallow Skipper so it was nice to get out again.
My wife has put a tracker on my phone in case I drop dead in the wilderness somewhere!
