Oregon: Gull (1 Viewer)

Which gull is this? Has an odd bill pattern which I can't find in identification guides. Photos are from the coast of Oregon, September 2022. I got only this photos in flight.

bill pattern is intermediate between immature (blackish) and adult (yellow), so that's why. it's probably a hybrid Western x Glaucous-winged Gull (aka 'Olympic Gull'), although from these pics I can not entirely rule out a pure 3rd cycle GWGU, due to tricky lighting, although this would be much less likely in that region at this time of year.
