orphaned nestling ID Charleston, SC, US (1 Viewer)

help with ID new nestling. IAm knew to this technology. I may have attached two pics but I see no evidence in this post. hope it works. Bird hatched 6 days ago, obvious hooked beak, large legs no web toes, up tilt tail, yellow tone feathers proximal to tail and paired yellow spot back of head.

I appreciate any help this bird is an orphan presented at my facility for rehabilitqation and eventual release. No info as to egg, nest or environment where found.

Looks like some type of Parakeet , but I'm afraid that's the best I can do ....

No doubt that it´s a member of the parrot family, but which species? Don´t know which can appear in SC, but the bird has strong tarsii for it´s age of 6 days (how do you know it so exactly?).
