Pembrokeshire moths - ID confirmations please. (1 Viewer)

I think I've got these right, but I'm still a bit of a tyro where moths are concerned, so would appreciate some ID QC. All from last week in Pembrokeshire, a few more to follow.

1 - Single-dotted Wave
2 - Double-striped Pug
3 & 4 - White-spotted Pug
5 - Small Fan-footed Wave

I agree with 1, 2, and 5. Hope someone else can help on the others.

I meant to look up the pug as I was inclined towards Golden-rod Pug. The rest looked right save at this time of year what looks identical to Small Clouded Brindle is Common/Lesser Common Rustic.

Thanks Paul, yes that all makes sense. Moths are quite complicated aren't they! Think I'm going to enjoy this.
