Peregerine or Osprey guilty of attack on Leopard Sharkp (1 Viewer)

Obviously not a Peregrine & maybe too big for an osprey & maybe not, but a Bald Eagle shouldn't have any trouble. I wonder how far from salt water? The article refers to a 5-mile drive to the Pacific Ocean--which seems a little far for an eagle or osprey to carry its prey before starting to feed--but, of course, salt water might be a lot closer as the crow flies. Anyway, a weird thing to find on an inland golf course.
