Peregrine or hobby - Filey, UK, 5th May (3 Viewers)

Seen today at Filey Brigg, a sandy and rocky coastal cliffside. This is the best photo I've got, and I can maybe see some vertical streaks, which suggests a hobby?

No, it wasn't. It's a kestrel. See spotted underwing coverts, etc. It's much closer to the camera than the gull.
