Can someone please identify these pewees? Taken around San Rafael, Jujuy Argentina in May. I believe 1-5 to be Tropical Pewees and 6-8 a Smoke-coloured Pewee.
Thanks
Chris

Are the first 5 images of the same bird? I am having difficulty with finding photos on macaulay library showing S. Tropical Pewee with a bill that is as large as it looks in photos 1&2. I do agree that photos 3,4&5 look good for S. Tropical Pewee, and 6-8 do look good for Smoke-colored Pewee, which does have a larger bill than S. Tropical Pewee. I wonder if 1&2 are Smoke-colored? As with my comments in your other thread, I am not by any means experienced with these species in the field.

Thanks for the input. Pic 1 & 2 is a different bird (I believe), however 3-5 were taken at the same location. I appreciate the help Tom.
