Pine or Palm warbler? Central Gulf coast Florida USA (1 Viewer)

My eBird checklist says that a palm warbler is a rarity this time of year where I live. It's a very fast flitty bird - so these pics were the best I could do. Quite small, it was right on the coast in a mangrove. I feel it must be a palm warbler due to the white outline of the eye. Help identifying would be great.

Thanks in advance, oh, experienced ones!
