Pipit and swift in moorland of Mt Kilimanjaro Tanzania (1 Viewer)

Pipit on rock in middle of moorlands of elevation 3,600m. I think it's a long-billed pipit?
and another swift, alone by itself, same area, about 50m off the ground flying over. Strange to see a swift here, size and shape suggests a palm swift but that's almost impossible given the elevation and habitat, so I'm thinking scarce swift?

Hi. Agree with long-billed pipit - bill length and shape look OK - also, has a slight curvature to the tip of the bill - lacking a moustachial stripe, and has quite a prominent cream wing panel, also, not so pointed dark markings on the median wing covert centres. The only other pipit that it may be, would be an African, which, would have a shorter bill, different markings on the coverts, and also, showing a moustachial stripe.

The other bird is a Scarce Swift Schoutedenapus myoptilus, the only long-tailed species recorded in high mountains.
