Hello! With a group of friends we visited Birecik (Türkiye) steppe area for larks on 23.04.2025. I would like to asc for a second opinion for the larks from the pictures. The first one in flight includes features for a bimaculated but it seems to have too much white of the edges of the wings. Otherwise the undertail seems a bit dark, and the underwings are pale. The bird didn't responce to calls. The second bird didn't move to display more features dispite the close distance (maybe because of the nest was nearby) and we left it in peace. The head looks with heavy bill but supercilium isn't that dark and contrast. We counted around 10 Calandra Larks in the vicinity but the were identifed immedeatly.
Thanks in advance!
