Hi, can you please help me to identify if this spotted eagle is lesser or grater? Thanks.

Two commas but a big 7th finger...

Creamy belly, long 7th finger, one short comma on outer primaries (the inner one ist just moult), dark coverts (and I don't see any barring due to poor picture quality), so immature GSE for me (or hybrid as usual)

Agreed, although blurred, the gape looks long, another point for GSE.
