Raptor Near Cheltenham yesterday (1 Viewer)

Hi guys
I was near Cheltenham and thought I might have seen a female Hen Harrier! I’ve not seen one before so hope you will forgive the post. Far off so only managed 6 long shots. Doesn’t have the classic V wing shape of a Buzzard and seems to have pale rump. Hoped pics would provide enough info for the experts to ID?
Many thanks
