Hen Harrier f or Buzzard? Nara Japan (1 Viewer)

Pale Eastern Buzzard in the area all the time. Hen Harrier f also reported (reliably over several days). I just have these two photos from early morning yesterday which might be the latter. Am I lucky? Or have I missed it? I've never seen Hen Harrier before, so I don't know what to look for.

Thanks for any help
