Raptor Samburu Kenya (1 Viewer)

Here is a Saturday challenge, with a horrible poor image. Cropped from a photo (scanned slide) taken in Samburu, Kenya, in February 1994. At first I thought maybe Augur Buzzard, but the bird to the right seems to have very powerful legs (Martial Eagle?). Is it possible to ID the bird at all? Samburu-raptor.jpg

They look like they're the same species. Structure doesn't look at all right for augur buzzard. Maybe hawk-eagles.

Thanks. I agree, after looking at some online images I think (African) hawk-eagle could be an option for these birds.
