I cant tell the difference between juvenile red-footed falcon and juvenile hobby...
Which one is this one?

With such a fine moustache I'd go with hobby.

Agree with Hobby (but the yellow cere and iris, and some replaced primaries make this a second year bird though rather than juvenile imo)
