Hi all. I am researching for areas that hold good numbers of Red Grouse in the Midlands area (North Derbyshire, Staffs, South York’s…Peak District etc). I have found some threads but many of them are 10-15 years old now so mat not be ‘current’. Can anyone suggest areas/places that would be good for photo opportunities?

Hi

Red Grouse are widespread on the Staffordshire Moorland and are present where there is heather, sometimes you can go weeks without seeing them and other times you can see them daily on many occasions.
