Red- or White-Breasted Nuthatch, NY, USA (2 Viewers)

I took this photo last February in Westchester County, New York. I assumed it was a red-breasted nuthatch, but I just realized that it doesn't have a black eye stripe. So is this really a white-breasted nuthatch?

Yes it is a White Breasted Nuthatch. The white face is the key. r
The Red breasted has a very distinctive dark eye line with a white supercilium.
