Request help to identify a bird of prey Sharm, Egypt, 15th Dec. (1 Viewer)

Please may I request advice. I got some photos of a bird soaring, and feel it is one of the Spotted Eagles. (Neither of which I have seen previously). I have been checking field guides, but cannot decide which one it is (or even some other sp.) On the one hand I see the underwing coverts are darker than the flight feathers. Also it seems a really dark bird. In addition there is apparently as far as I can see no white rump. However I feel I can see a "double comma" rather than the single one. Also the bird seems to be quite small in size to me going off the photos.
If others have more experience with these species, and would be able to provide some guidance please I would be really appreciative.
