Ringed Firecrest - Lynford Arboretum (1 Viewer)

Greetings,

I spotted a firecrest today while out birding with a pink and white ring ( or two separate rings) . I have looked online to see if I can get any info on the bird but haven't been able to find anything related to it. Would anybody have any idea's as to where I should be looking?
