I myself am going to Romania for around 10 days in may so I have been doing a bit of research.
Are you going to be staying only in Constanta or are you going on some trips to nature areas as well?
I don’t know anything about Constanta specifically but in Romania you can fine some of Europe’s most incredible birding sites so might be worth it to dedicate a day or two to that.

Cloudbirders.com is really useful when wanting to do a bit of research on what birds to expect and where to find them in areas that you don’t know.
