Rufous-tailed Hummingbird Mexico (1 Viewer)

Can someone please confirm/identify this as a Rufous-tailed Hummingbird? Taken near Oaxaco Airport Mexico in Jan. The beak troubles me, as all pic I've seen show a pink beak with a black tip. This one has a solid black upper beak and pinkish lower beak. Ebird shows the airport area is within it range.
Thanks
Chris
