Samburu, Kenya - Bluethroat?? Sunbird?? (1 Viewer)

Hello

We were in Samburu, Kenya from June 15th-18th 2013. We spotted this bird in the trees by the river - apologies the photos are DREADFUL but hopefully highlight some distinguishing features. I really cant decide what this is - initial thought was a bluethroat potentially...but not sure if they migrate for the summer.

Again, sorry for the photo - all thoughts welcome!!

Definitely a Sunbird. I would guess a young cock Beautiful.
