Did a quick stomp around this afternoon. Nothing away from the usual. The 3 goldeneye still present on Forge Mill because of sailing on Swan. LRP still about as well as the pair of oystercatchers. Looks like the Muscovy and the hybrid might have scraped out a nest.

Someone posted a photo of the barn owl during the week. I checked the location of the photo and there was no sign of it today.

Been no sign since the photo was taken . Might just have been doing a recky for a nest site but looks like its gone elsewhere. If a nest site is located it won't be broadcast on the forum.

I've had a couple of PM's about the Barn Owl, The bird was seen on the 14th on a Private site, Im sorry but no information on location will be broadcast.

Not a great deal about and there was no sign of the Goldeneye.
