There's a metal field gate adjacent to the pet cemetary section, opposite the derelict farm buildings. Either park in the small car park at the Crem and turn left down the lane for or park in the large car park at Forge Mill Lake (Pay and Display, 40p per hour upto £2 all day), turn right and walk back up the hill. We spread seed on the tractor track towards the muck heap. The birds do also feed all over the field, but the bare ground on the track allows the best views.

Cheers

Matt

Thank you Matt. Sounds well used at this time of year.

Hello, are Willow Tit coming to the feeders at the RSPB? If not, are there other local sites for this species? Also are Jack Snipe viewed from the hide? Thanks.

The willow Tit has not been seen for 3 weeks and the Jack Snipe are hit and miss from the hide
Hope that helps
