Can someone please confirm this to be a Savanna Hawk? Taken in Ibera Wetlands Argentina May 10

No don't think so. What are other possibilities?

Thanks The Fern. They only other recorded that day were Great Black Hawk, Black-chested Buzzard-Eagle, Roadside Hawk.

Maybe an immature Roadside Hawk? I'm not too familiar with the saturatus subspecies but the jizz looks right?
