I think the yellow bird is a female Lesser Goldfinch? The sparrow, maybe a Song Sparrow?

The sparrow is a Lincoln's.
Sorry if I was a bit glib. A grayish face with richly colored auriculars, buffy upper breast with pencil -fine streaking are characteristics consistent with Lincoln's. The common Song Sparrow subspecies group in this area are more robust and paler.
