I saw these today on the Texas City Dike today.

1. Sanderling
2. Western Sandpiper
3. Snowy Plover
4. American Golden Plover

I think 3 is a (short-billed) Western. Fine tip to bill, rufous tone on cheeks and lower scapulars.
 
2nd pic is a Least Sandpiper

I also agree after review. Legs appear dark and there are a few dark streaks along the rear flank, but the jizz looks much better for Least and I guess all the mantle feathers are still worn basic plumage (?).
