Am I right thinking it’s a Short-Toed Treecreeper? Always struggling to tell the difference.

I think it's Eurasian...
A bit difficult to judge the shape of the wingbar but it seems to fit Eurasian more...Besides, hind toe looks too long for ST and primary tips are more buff than white.
 
location? Agree with Eurasian.

Edit- Assuming you are in the UK then it’s definitely a Eurasian, they short toed is an extremely rare vagrant to the UK.
