I’m thinking arctic skua
Looks chunky but not like pomarine

I think I can see a small white patch at the base of the upper mandible. If so then I think perhaps Arctic (Parasitic Jaeger)

Arctic Skua.

Darker tip, paler to the face, flashes, lack of 'heft' in the chest. Yep, I would say Arctic gets my vote
