Small passerine (maybe Bunting) from Cordoba/ Veracruz in Mexico on 18th of February (1 Viewer)

The image of a small bird, probably a female, was shot at the coffee plantation Amatlan near Cordoba/ Veracruz. I was thinking of Varied Bunting. Scanning the images I'm not so sure anymore not at least because of the wingbars.
